Client Portal Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Storely client portal provided by High Ground Software LLC (“HGS,” “we,” or “us”). Your warehouse or third-party logistics provider (“Warehouse”) invites you to access the portal on behalf of its client business.

By accepting these terms, you agree to follow them. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose account you access. Portal access does not make you a Storely subscriber or responsible for the Warehouse’s subscription fees.

2. Access and account security

The Warehouse manages your account and permissions and may change or remove your access. Access also depends on the Warehouse’s Storely subscription and may be unavailable if that subscription is suspended or ends.

Use your own assigned account, keep your credentials confidential, and do not share them or allow others to use your account. Promptly report suspected unauthorized access to the Warehouse and [email protected]. Additional users must be invited by the Warehouse.

3. Authorized and acceptable use

Use the portal only for your authorized business dealings with the Warehouse. Access, download, or change only information belonging to the client business you are authorized to represent, within your assigned permissions.

Do not attempt to access another business’s information, bypass access controls, disrupt the portal, introduce malicious software, or submit unlawful material or information you lack authority to provide. If another business’s information becomes visible unexpectedly, stop accessing it and promptly notify us; do not copy, use, or disclose it.

Do not upload patient or medical records, government identity documents or numbers, full payment-card or banking credentials, biometric identifiers, or other unsupported sensitive records.

HGS may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements, with notice where practicable and legally permitted.

4. Work orders, warehouse services, and charges

HGS provides software only. We do not store, handle, fulfill, or transport goods.

Work orders are requests to the Warehouse, which may accept or reject them. You may update a work order before work starts, as permitted by the portal. Review your instructions for accuracy and contact the Warehouse promptly about errors or changes.

Your business’s agreement with the Warehouse governs warehouse services, order acceptance, pricing, charges, payments, and disputes. Submitting a work order does not create a fulfillment agreement with HGS. Direct questions about inventory, shipments, work orders, or warehouse charges to the Warehouse.

5. Information and privacy

Submit information only when authorized to do so. HGS processes portal information to provide, support, and secure Storely and follow lawful Warehouse instructions, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Warehouse and your business are responsible for their own handling of personal information. Contact the Warehouse about operational records, corrections, and business-data exports. You may contact HGS directly about its privacy practices or your applicable privacy rights.

6. Availability and your rights

The portal may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or access restrictions. Contact the Warehouse directly if you cannot submit an urgent request.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees, or excuses HGS from its own legal obligations.

7. Changes

We will provide advance notice of material changes through the portal or by email and request renewed acceptance where required by law. Changes will not apply retroactively to existing disputes.

8. Contact
